Privacy policy

Short version: CRYTHIUM is a game, not a data-collection operation. We store as little as possible, on your machine where possible, and we don't sell or trade anything about you. The longer version follows.

Who we are

CRYTHIUM is developed and published by REDFLARE Game Studios, Netherlands. For anything privacy-related, contact info@redflare.nl.

What the game stores

Multiplayer

Online matches technically require exchanging connection information (such as IP addresses) between the participating players to establish the session. This information is used only to run the match and is not stored by us afterwards.

Telemetry & statistics

If and when the global war-statistics service goes live, it will report aggregated, anonymous gameplay counters only (e.g. total battles fought). No personal data, no per-player tracking without explicit opt-in, and the statistics page will state exactly what is counted.

This website

Children

The game and website are not directed at children under 13 and we knowingly collect no data from them — which is easy, because we knowingly collect almost no data from anyone.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us what data we hold about you, and ask for correction or deletion. Given the above, the honest answer will usually be "nothing", but you can always ask via info@redflare.nl.

Changes

If this policy changes — for example when multiplayer services or telemetry launch — the new version appears here with an updated date.
